Our Convenient Return and Refund Policy
We know how important it is to have exactly the home health care or medical product you need. That is why we offer an easy and hassle-free return and refund policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for a return:
- Return your item in its original packaging in clean unused condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return your items within 30 days of purchase.
- Provide email return tracking number.
All returns require an authorization number. Before shipping your items, call our customer service department at 800-414-2358 to obtain your return authorization number and the return shipping address. Do not send returns to our corporate address.
Full refunds are available for the following items:
- Transport chairs
- Manual wheelchairs
- Wheelchair accessories
We cannot accept returns of the following products:
- Incontinence Products
- Bath Safety products
